There are not many, as few people take any contrarian position regarding ITIL.

Dean Meyer was one early influence.

So too was the IT Architect of a major retailer. In fact he was the one who started all this: thankyou Alan.

Many of my friends and colleagues in 2005 helped with the development of these ideas. Thanks folks.

I have not focused on beating up on ITIL but I have definitely taken a skeptical look at it, especially in terms of its data architecture challenges. See www.erp4it.com..
